I started going to sound family in Bonney lake when I was pregnant 2yrs ago and everyone was incredible. Dr McDonald is the absolute best dr I could have ever asked for. The receptionists were the sweetest and so were the nurses. I had the very best experience there. I hated moving outta the state and not being able to continue going there. Thank you for everything you wonderful ladies did. And I can't thank dr McDonald enough. I would recommend anyone here!

Their staff is so disorganized with appointments and prescriptions refills that I had to find a new medical facility after 12+ years of being a patient. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

When your schedule is more important than your patients, you're doing something wrong. I am suffering from walking pneumonia. I was the second person through the door this morning. I explained to the person at the desk what was happening. She quickly informed me that I couldn't be seen for three hours. No one was there. Would it kill you to just let me be seen. It would take ten minutes. I will be sending for my records.
