We have been with SFM for 12 years and have loved our experience all along the way. BUT, no 5 star because the phone system has become so terrible; overly complicated, ridiculously long hold times for a doctor's office, and failure to get thru more often than not now. I've been told for a long time they've been working on it, but it's unacceptable. I tried for 45 minutes to get thru today to pay my bill, finally dialed 1 for callback, never got called back. Come on guys! Losing patience and you might be losing patients!

I have been trying to get a prescription refill for two weeks. I went in and had blood drawn and the nurse broke a blood vessel in my arm. It's been over a week and the doctor still hasn't filled my prescription. Now I'm 100% out of my medicine. I have emailed and called and still nothing. This office has gotten to be all about getting patients in and out and no follow up.

I agree about the phone system situation like many other reviewers but I am thankful for the care I'm receiving from Dr. Andrea DonAlexis and her team. I believe she is looking out for our best interest and is taking time to walk us through this new experience. I've also spoken with the billing department and they've been very helpful in explaining our benefits. I'm very thankful to have a doctor who will be there with me the entire pregnancy and beyond.

I have been a patient for over twenty years and I will not return. With the new idiotic phone system that takes you in circles then ultimately hangs up on you, the antiquated messaging system on your website that loses messages, the impersonal way I am now treated, and the last appointment/med check fiasco, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
