On Saturday August 28, 2021 I attend a trip to Atlantic City once we arrived we was told that the hotel cancel the event far as pool party and cookout. The hotel cancel because of the weather. Not knowing we was going to stay at a hotel which was The Showboat the room wasn’t clean the sink was crack the hotel staff was changing the bed linen and the towels around 4 something after we was already checked up. Hello Ms G*****, I am sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations. You are correct in that fact that the pool party function didn't happen due to the weather. We did our best to bring it inside the hotel and deliver the open bar party experience expected by everybody there. Our goal is to create all-inclusive value oriented events where people can enjoy themselves and not cost them an arm and a leg. Hopefully, you will reconsider our tour events in the future.
