?I am beyond words for the sheer shenanigans of tonight’s events. I am unbelievably disgusted and angry of the flip flop behavior of Soul Nation as a company. You all knew since 10am that this bus ride could potentially become an epic fail. The blatant insensitivity of your agents handling this matter, was nothing less that vulgar. On February 24th, we were told by Soul Nation that our bus was sc was originally scheduled to board at 3pm . We received an email stating a change in boarding time to 1pm. At 230pm still no bus. No representative available to inform us of any changes. After numerous calls to soul nation we finally was told that a bus will arrive at 5pm . The weather today is in the 30s. They steal your money and they do not inform you. If you are not the event planner, it’s a rip off.
Had a great weekend event with Soul Nation went to the African American museum the hotel stay the food the entertainment Harold Melvin and the Blue notes was outstanding I would take another trip with them
Always a fun time!!! I usually go on the winter trip with friends and went to a couple of crab weekends in the summer. My last one was February 25-27. A new hotel for me but a lot of activities on and off site at the hotel. The food was great. The staff was helpful. And it all ended with a great show.
We booked a trip over the winter 2022. We loved the fact this company offers all-inclusive weekend trips. Our two nights stay with dance parties, open bar and a ticket to the concert was amazing. It was definitely worth the money we spent, and we are returning for the summer crab feast. Highly recommend it.
They have work to do between the way they book with hotels,buses and manage the excursions. The quality is not up to standard and it's a simple fix...check the bus fleet, for quality, fix the hotel menus with chefs, partner with the excursions and set up for success, not wait to the last minute and take a haphazard approach.
Soul nation is the epitome of poor planning. Their advertisement are misleading and events/trips are low quality. You will pay $1000 for nothing. Save your money, because they do not give refunds of any kind. I will never use soul nation and I will make it a point to spread the word.

Please know that we work very hard to offer reasonably priced getaways, and do a lot work in the planning of these events. And, our cancellation policy is no different any other travel industry provider. We also advise and publish trip cancellation links on advertisements. Hopefully, you will consider using us again in the future.
On August 28, 2021, I went on a Soul Nation event to Atlantic City. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by employees of Soul nation. Who was letting us know that the Showboat hotel had to cancel the event because of the forecast? And that the hotel and Soul nation had made plans to have an indoor event that night. Hello Tijuana, I am sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations. You are correct in that fact that the pool party function didn't happen due to the weather. We did our best to bring it inside the hotel and deliver the open bar party experience expected by everybody there. Our goal is to create all-inclusive value oriented events where people can enjoy themselves and not cost them an arm and a leg. Hopefully, you will reconsider our tour events in the future.
