Had the part i needed for the windrower
Took a skid steer in for repair. Dropped it off February 25th,Barley picking it up today. Horrible communication. Had a flat tire very disappointed.
The parts manager ordered me some parts then gave me a date they’d arrive by. They didn’t arrive on that date so I went elsewhere for my part. I went back for some other parts and he refused to sell them to me unless I paid for the part that I no longer needed. Also told me that “my piece of junk should stay in the field broke down.” and that situation felt like extortion because with the progression of the conversation he kept demanding more arbitrary charges.
