Hello, My experience at Sorrento was positive. I got a good evaluation and the staffwas friendly. I was disappointed however that I did not get a general cleaning which iscovered by my insurance. I was told I needed a deep cleaning which is only partiallycovered under my plan, and is quite costly. I plan to have that done in the future, but Iwas surprised that a general cleaning was not performed same day, or in the nearfuture.
Dr. Abbasian is an excellent dentist. She was very thorough and knowledgeable.There was no waiting, they saw me right away. The staff is pleasant and the office isvery clean. I had a great experience during my appointment. I would stronglyrecommend Dr. Abbasian to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Abbasian and her staff are wonderful! I especially like the fact that Dr. Abbasiandoes most of the work herself. She and her staff give great care, do not rush you,make themselves available for questions. I love Dr. Abbasian's gentle touch andgenuine concern. She is also wonderful with kids!
My appt. went smoothly as expected. I have only met one dentist that I can say Ienjoy going to, and that is Dr. Abbassian. She is top notch and I trust her and her staff200%!!!
