I have been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager. Shelly's Nutrition Class is great and I love the way that she holds me accountable. Tonight will be my 8 week weigh in. I am down 20 lbs. and am ready to shed the next 20lbs. I know I will be able to do it with my new support system and Shelly's awesome workouts. I would recommend her Nutrition and Fitness Classes to everyone wanting to really get in shape and loose weight for good.
Thanks to Shelly, I am down 80 pounds, 4 sizes and off of 5 prescriptions, this program is awesome! My daughters batting average improved so much after doing Shelly's 12 week program and batting lessons with Jay, they both rock!
