Shelly Sorg is awesome, she pushes me to work hard and she cares about your progress. The cross functional workouts mix the right amount of core, cardio and weights. I love going 2-3 times a week and my daughter goes for the sports specific workouts in the afternoons between sports. It’s a fun group that’s not intimidating!
