Sample recipes and directions for my daughter's AAU Basketball Team were wonderful. Comparison of of the given (recipie) recipe and store-bought were amazing. Recipie was extremely easy to make, yet much more healthy. Protein, calories, carbs, and sugars were a huge difference. Great advice on exercise and wellness for injury prevention!
