We purchased a stove in April 2013 and repairman was here again yesterday and relayed to me that with the last two visits he "expected" to be called back. Rather than get it right the first time !!! We have not had to pay for parts or the visits however, I am sure he is getting for each service call. I asked for a gift card towards the ruined food and the reaplacement food and was told to call the manufacturer....really and will they back me up if I make claim DOUBTFUL !!!
