We recently just purchased all new kitchen appliances - refrigerator, stove/range, hood, dishwasher & microwave - and Sorenson’s offered the BEST prices out of all their competitors! Extremely unimpressed. My land lady called them 3 to 4 weeks ago about my air conditioner, they sent a technician within a day or two to look at it. He cleaned out the unit but after a few hours it was apparent it did not work. The following day my land lady called again and let them know it did not work. To no avail no-one showed up, she called again they said they would have a tech out on the following Tuesday. So here we are going on 9 days late same problem and no answers.
