purchased a gas dryer over the phone, Tim, And the 2 guys whom installed it, Were great, Took old pc crap out, Installed new 1 and shortened the stupid vent tube the proper way, Since last owner of this house was not mechanically capable of opening a door. will purchase all my appliances from them. Great experience. Oh, And tell your delivery guys, And they need to renew their permit to carry which I will give them a deal on.......
Sales crew are friendly and very knowledgeable about their merchandise. They don't push the most expensive items on their customers. They get to know their customers first, figure out what they're looking for, and help them to make good choices. Plus they sell "Made in America" items, which is always a bonus. Service crew are equally friendly, very patient, and also very knowledgeable. Will always check here first when looking for appliances.😃

I have had a horrible experience with this place and will never go there again. Customer service is bad. They are always right and the customer is wrong. Shouldn’t it be the other way around???
