After a no call/no show from Donkers after an appointment made four days prior, you were out at my place within hours. While not the news I wanted about my fridge, I was impressed with Doug and his explanation and customer service. You're my first call next time.
Had some service done today on a couple of Jennair appliances that were bought new as well of all of our appliances. The scheduling, price and service was awesome as usual. Thanks Sorensons for doing a great job as always.
