STC Boxing is the only place to go to for fitness results. I’ve been going here for 5 years and have no plans on leaving. Their conditioning classes were essential during my marathon training and the boxing classes are exactly what I need as a mom of three with a full time job to stay clear minded and keep my energy level up. But what I love the most about this gym is the way that all levels and ages are welcome here. The family feel paired up with fitness results is my reason for coming to class every week.

Amazing boxing gym with amazing people! Great for boxers of all levels and awesome atmosphere overall. If your in the waltham/watertown/newton area and looking for a boxing gym or even just exercise routine switch up I highly highly recommend:)
