I love being at spin classes here! Pre-pandemic, I was in a 5-morning-a-week routine at my workplace gym with a fun instructor and a great little crew. Coming to FireCycle for morning classes has revived my energy and enthusiasm for getting out of bed each day! I didn't realize how much I truly missed this kind of great cardio workout. Inspiring and motivating instructors. Open and friendly atmosphere. All levels of fitness are welcome. The spinning and whole body work out classes are best of the best.
