Dropped into CFN twice this week and have nothing but positive feelings about this place. Classic CrossFit class format with stretching, strength, and a metcon. Worked with coaches Alayna and Jack. Both couldn’t be more friendly and attentive to the athletes/community. Witnessed them assist adapt the workouts for newer athletes as well as critique the more seasoned gym-goers. This place is my happy place. It's the hour of my day that makes all the other hours better. I've been going for ten years, and love it so much that I've become a coach! Doesn’t matter where you are on your strength and fitness journey, Gil, the owner is able to get to best out of you with calming voice and encouragement and always knows how to adjust every exercise to your personal needs.
