CrossFit Newton is the absolute best CrossFit gym in the area. The owner Gil is the sweetest and always makes you feel welcome. I recommend this gym to anyone!
Over the past few years CFN has become my home away from home. As a 50something woman I am stronger and more fit than ever. Gil our fearless leader, coach and owner of CFN understands the challenges of a middle-aged person who weight lifts and teaches us proper form and modifications as needed. Don't let the CF in CFN scare you this is not your average CF gym. Come check it out you won't be disappointed.
