Awesome experience! I got my first pedicure and it was so relaxing! My nails looked so pretty, and the nail polish lasted for a preety long time. If you want a nice pedicure or manicure, this is a great place to go to!😊
The male receptionist seemed very uninterested in doing his job. He isn’t friendly and just plays on his phone.. maybe it’s me, but I think this is very unprofessional. Pedicure was ok. The woman doing the pedicure was pleasant and friendly but I couldn’t help to notice that the overall salon appearance really seemed outdated and dirty. Asked for a black gel manicure. Left with shaky lines, nail polish on my skin and a navy blue color. Overall disappointing considering the positive reviews.
A Second Chance... Same Disappointing Result I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. My first appointment was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The technician struggled from the beginning, spent most of the appointment trying to remove my previous dip powder, cut my nails while the old dip was still on, left them uneven, and ultimately told me she couldn't finish my manicure and suggested I go to a different salon. I had an amazing experience at Sophia’s Nails. Everyone is so nice and the owner came and introduced himself. Which was so kind. Lisa did my nails and she was exceptional. She was very kind and my nails came out amazing. She’s very skilled and very nice. I highly recommend Sophia’s Nails and Lisa.
