Highly recommend Sophia's Bridal to any bride who wants a personable experience! My consultant Katie was amazing and made the whole appointment fun. She was energetic, bubbly, and matched my excitement for my first (and only) bridal appointment! The dresses are absolutely beautiful!

Best experience!! I went to several bridal boutiques and there was something that sent me back to Sophia's.. It wasn't just my amazing wedding gown, but also the exceptional customer service!! Katie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gown and she made me feel special and beautiful the entire time (BOTH times!!!). I will never forget this shopping experience Bc they made it AMAZING!! ☺️
I would like to speak to the owner. I have called the store and spoke with the manager on duty but I did not get any help at all with an issue and the problem was not resolved in the slightest. Please message me!!!

Even though I didn't find "the one" at Sophia's, My consultant Katie made the whole experience fun and magical for me. She worked soooo hard making dresses "puffier" so that I could envision what it would look like with a petticoat underneath. At one point she even put another dress under my dress without blinking an eye- just to create the perfect poof! Had the best time ever and found my dress right away :)
I had an amazing time at Sophia's while searching for my wedding gown. Stasia made me feel comfortable while trying on dresses and was very respectful of my budget. After leaving Sophia's I went to a different commonly known bridal store and felt like another number in their books. It did not take me long to return to Sophia's to purchase my gown. Thank you to all who helped!

Awesome customer service when I tried on and purchased my gown in January! However, when I went to pick it up in August, it was measured too big and too long. Now having to pay a costly bill in alterations! The clerk helping me with my fitting belittled the fact that it didn't fit and made it sound like it would be no chore to fix. Yeah right! They were so helpful in January when we paid for the gown, but there is no follow through after purchase. I will not shop here again.

Hi Becky! I am so sorry you had this experience, we are committed to our customers and their experience. Unfortunately, all wedding gowns have to get altered, most people spend $300-500. Did you order a custom hem? Otherwise the gown will come in full length and will most definitely need altered unless you are about 6 foot 5!
