I had an amazing experience at Sofia's. They were very accommodating by scheduling me an appointment at the last minute (my mom was visiting from out of town and our shopping the day prior had not been fruitful). Alyssa, my consultant, was so patient and encouraging. Our appointment definitely went over the allotted time, and she didn't complain or act at all rushed or put out by it. I absolutely love Sophia's Bridal! I am a plus size bride and I walked in and Katie introduced herself and I immediately knew she was going to help me with finding the right dress! She helped me pick out my perfect dress that was very similar to what my mom had wanted! We went there for my daughters wedding dress.. The young lady was wonderful and very helpful. My daughter is a tom boy so wedding dress shopping was overwhelming to her. She was patient and helped her find the perfect dress..

After a terrible experience at another bridal store earlier in the day, I was stressed out and doubtful I would find my dress. However since the moment I walked into Sophia's it felt completely different. Stasia made us feel welcomed. She stayed hours after they had closed to help me find my dress and never made me feel rushed or in a hurry. Every dress she had me try on was beautiful and each was exactly what I was looking for. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and cannot wait to get my dress in a couple months!

The moment I walked in, everyone on the staff was so welcoming and friendly! I was there for their sample sale, and they took the time and made you feel special. My consultant was Lauren and she got an idea of what I was looking for. She let me pick a few dresses to try on first and as she saw what I was liking and what I wasn't, she was able to pull more dresses for me to really hone in on what I wanted.
