I went there to get my prom dress. they had great service and amazing dresses! all the workers were very helpful at getting you the dress you loved. i will be back there for sure next year �

This was our first time to Sophia's and my daughter was looking for a prom dress. We had been to a different boutique, but they did not offer the one-on-one service like we received at Sophia's. In addition to that, we also were able to speak to someone who worked on alterations before deciding to purchase our dress. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely recommend this store to other people.

Just bought my wedding dress from them tonight! I had shopped around before and every other store just rushed me through the process, tried to get me in and out without ever giving me time to fall in love with a dress. Elizabeth at Sophia's was wonderful, she took the time to really talk about what I wanted, was up front about the prices so I wouldn't fall in love with a dress outside of my budget, and had no problems with me taking pictures to send to family members who couldn't be there. I had a bad experience trying on dresses here. I had my mom visiting from out of town. Wedding dress shopping was supposed to be a fun experience for both of us but ended up a terrible one. The person helping us didn't pick out any of the styles I said I was interested in. She picked out styles she wanted to sell me. When I said I didn't like the style she made me try it on and then questioned what I didn't like about it. This was not enjoyable at all. Since your appointment in 2015, we have changed our policy to allow photos. At that time we had to follow the rules of the designers, which did not allow photographs, thankfully they now do and we are happy to encourage brides to take as many as they need! True Bridal Experience! After a not so great experience at a local shop on the North side I was recommended to Sophia's from my future sister-in-law.
