I have very high expectations regarding customer service. I didn’t buy anything, but I met with Rodrigo and he was spot on. Friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy. Let me take my time to examine the car and I felt he was genuinely trying to help give me different financing perspectives. I am an extreme stickler for the details and know the math down to the penny before I but a car, but again, Rod was extremely pleasant to work with. And their office is very nice too.
Worst experience ever!!! I bought a vehicle from them a couple months back the very next morning after driving home the steering locked up I had to tow it back to them! The kept it for 3 weeks! ( had to pay for a broken vehicle) I was finally able to pick it up they said it was working. It was still broken I couldn’t drive it past 40 after arguing with the owner for an hour I dropped it back off. Beware of this dealer,they are scammers and do not show you the full carfax report.after finding out my truck i purchased from them had major frame damage they tried to deny and then said they would buy it back which was fine.strung me along for a week and decided not to do the right thing.so you have been warned.just another bs used car lot.by the way im suing them.
