Talk about crap service. My family of 5 were sat down. 15 minutes and not even a drink order. We left and my wife says thank you and not one person on staff even acknowledged it. Needless to say we're not going back there again. I know I wouldn't want money walking out of my restaurant.
Worst meal I ever eat I received cold pulled pork that looked nasty it had a funny smell I asked to see the manager when the manager did come to our table he had a major attitude he just got done having another group of people beside us complain about food and the was not kidding it was bad funny smells bad looking food I think they need to have a new person that cares for the business it was the worst I have ever been treated by a restaurant they claim good food and service then as we walk out young lady says you gonna pay ... read more
Nice place to eat. Good food and nice staff. I love BBQ!! The brisket is my favorite.
My last ribs were burnt. I sent them back. The new ones were burnt on the bottom. I'm not going back soon.

No sliced pork, pulled chicken at 12:40 lunch time and the half chicken was undercooked. Worse Somny's experience ever. And I've been to Sonnys all over the state. Zephyrhills and Gainesville are the best.
I loved Sonny's as a kid and hadn't been in years. It hasn't changed still delicious!
Every time, we have been there, the food is cold. Food taste good, but it is better hot. We have had to send it back each time. They have been good about it, but I know, we aren't the only ones sending food back.
Always great food! !
