When ever I am in SRQ I have to set aside one dinner to get my BBQ fix and they never let me down! Ribs to die for. Sliced pork is drool worthy!
What has happened to Sonny's? Food has gone down hill! No wonder no business. Ordered the baby back ribs, asked for them to be run through twice so there is color and "bark" on them. Came back looking raw though they were cooked. My husband had all you can eat St. Louis ribs. He couldn't even chew them, they were like burnt leather. The corn muffin, couldn't even eat it, it was so over cooked and dry. As a server I wouldn't have even brought them out to serve. I eat at sonnys 4 or 5 times a week usually great food, service and friendly staff. although yesterday I ate there and had the worse experience ever....very disappointed
Best bbq I've had for a while! Service was excellent!
This is a tough one. The sides were delicious and the service was wonderful. The price if $9.99 for all you can eat chicken was good (Sunday Special), but the chicken was cold. I should have complained, but I did not. My wife and her friend had cold chicken too. They must make the chicken ahead and place it in warmers. Everything else was fine.
The worst service!!!! There were three other tables besides ours, it took 20 minutes to get drinks, it took almost an hour to get our food our whole experience was about two and a half hours with hardly anybody in the building except for staff.
