Ribs were delicious and service excellent. Even got free banana pudding by signing on yelp
Service was non existant. Manager had zero explanation for why tickets were being cooked out of order. SEVERAL tables waitied 30+ minutes and when we walked out (after 65 minutes and still no food) they were still waiting. Waitress never came back to the table after drinks were brought and she NEVER offered any apology or explanation. We had to go to the front 3 times to find out what was going on. They've changed the menu and you can't get baked potato until after 5. The meat was not even warm.

We had the baby back rib full rack special 14.99 and we had a $5 coupon off I tell you just about the best around here for pork ribs
Everything tastes smokey even deserts and salad bar. Also a VERY homophobic environment. I witnessed how they treat gay patrons and employees. They even allow homophobic customers to harrass gay patrons as well as employees. I have never in my 63 years seen or ate at such a horrible place. Management absolutely horrendous. That's where it starts. I have put the word out.
Got seated waited 20 minutes till I asked another waitress why I am not being served? Got all u can eat white meat chicken , chicken looked pink and tasted rubbery !!!! Waitress came to me whenever she felt like it not when I needed service !!!! Just a horrible dining experience !!!
