My experience with your service dept was excellent. It's so nice when you walk into a place like yours and they remember me and call me by name. The service was always done in the amount of time they said it would be. If I lived closer I would definatley bring my truck back to you. The service took 1.5 hours. A little long for an oil change and a dash light question. The service wasn't gone over real well at paying.
I had to bring my Saturn in for the GM recall regarding ignition switch problems. I was told it would take about 4 hours, but it was done in under three hours. The waiting area was comfortable, and I chatted with other customers while we were waiting.
Sonju has our business!!! They have accommodated us with the repair to our new used vehicle. In our past experience with dealerships they have never been so accommodating!!! You honestly are a top notch dealership and I will recommend you to anyone in the need for repairs or purchase of a new vehicle! Thank you!!!
Dropped truck off for check up and oil change. Good job done. Got courtesy call when job was done.
The servicemen were very prompt and informative. My vehicle was fixed completely in a respectibly short timeframe. I enjoyed the comfort of the waiting lounge during my stay
