our experience with the service department went very well for an oil change on our new jeep Cherokee which we are very satisfied with our new jeep.
Was greeted in service department, very pleasant and kind and helpful. Took care of the vehicles needs and had me on my way in a very short period of time. Great work!!!

I bought a couple used cars and was burned by the dealer both times. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of getting another used car that would turn out to be another "LEMON". However, after working with Mary in Finance/Sales and Mike in Service; I did purchase a used car that had just come in. It had several mechanical issues and needed to be cleaned after the last owner. I had an emergency with my car's brakes earlier this week. I would have taken it to Sonju first, but I live far away, and I was afraid to drive the car all the way to Sonju. So I took it to one of the other guys that was just a minute away from my house. They wanted $900 to get the brakes fixed. That seemed like a lot, so I called Sonju and explained the situation to service manager Bob. Pleasant and quite punctual. Casey does a nice job. Always enjoy the popcorn (free) and the breakfast, lunch food. Linda is very good hostess.
