I am really satisfied with sonjus customer service. We had an issue with our vehicle and they bent over backwards and went out of their way to complete all of our vehicles problems. A team of mechanics even stayed over two hours later than their shops closing time to make sure we had our car up and running in time for a very important appointment we had. The recall was done. I also had my cleaning of the inside and outside of my vehicle done.
Car service. Pretty standard. Oil change and auto butler. Long day of sitting there. Satisfied.
We bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd and we love it! our salesman Nelson Chatfeild is a big strong strapping young man and we highly recommend him! Nelson is a good listener and tries everything he can to get you in the vehicle you want! Nelson is also has a lot of knowledge and knows his stuff, so if you have a hundred questions Nelson is the guy to call. Very happy of the overall outcome! We will be returning to purchase a second vehicle in the future.
Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile while my car was being detailed (Auto Butler), Definitely coming back in the future when it comes time to trade in my current set of wheels.
