Sonitrol overpriced and horrible service My experience is a sales rep shows up looking nice but offers overdone high tech gadgets that are overpriced. Ok yeah so I took a bite and after two years of intrusions not one person was ever captured. Then the whole billing process. If you want the headaches and very expensive monthly charges go for it!
Give me back my money bro My installatiion is still not right. This company promises alot but being a small business owner I need protection and not getting it. I can't wait for my agreement to end.
Too Expensive.... There prices were way to heavy for me to take and well some friends of mine used them and said they think of themselves as the Trump of security. Well I don't consider a basic alarm system and some cameras to be that pricy so I went with Guardian and they have not dissapointed me at all fair prices too.
Good Company with Great Products Nice people with 24/7 UL listed Central Station. This is the place for High Tech Security! They have systems that can alert you over the internet and send video to your phone. They also have alarm panels that have both cellular, internet and dial line backup options so if one method of alerting you fails, there are still options to get an alarm from your home or business. Don't do it.... I think that this company stinks they don't like to do residential service because they can't make any money on it. I tried to get my home covered and they wanted way too much money. I chose ADT and could not be happier. I know a plumber in oakland Fava and son who swears they tried charge him way too much for there services.
Sonitrol stole my money. Folks there is a nasty company out there in Pittsburgh and there name is Sonitrol aka TBE Inc. I just opened a flower shop in Oakland and a salesman stopped in and left his card I think his name was Andrew a nice black guy I threw away the card. Anyway I was quoted an install price of 3,000 dollars and I had the equipment installed and then I get a bill for 4,756 dollars forgetting the original agreement I just paid the bill that was my fault. Do your homework..... Ever heard the saying be careful what you wish for you might just get it? If you do business with them it will be a giant headache believe me. If there prices don't kill you the service will. Another thing is they hire ex cons to work for them which means a backround check is never done am i right on this? www.myspace.com/convictedmellon I saw that on the web don't know if it helps?
