Took my baby and her son (my grandson)to Dr. Loona yesterday she was fantastic would for sure recommend her. She was vary informative and compassionate.
If I could give negative stars I would do -5 my 3 month old baby got the shots he was suppose to take and she kept denying that me and my gf decided that we didn’t ask for a circumcision for my son pls don’t use this doctor she’s so bad and she never listen to me or my gf and she just did what she wanted there was no respect shown
I honestly really liked Dr. Loona in the beginning when my daughter was a newborn. Lately, I have felt disrespected that I’m at the office before the staff arrives as if they just rolled out of bed JUST in time for my appointment (Loona included). I’m consistently pulled back after my appointment time and then have quite a wait in the room waiting on vaccines etc. (I have almost left a couple of times after waiting 45 minutes for vaccines).
