no one answered at drive thru so after 5 minutes i pulled into stall. My order took 12 minutes to get delivered. the 1 item was poorly put together. all of this is unacceptable!

Dont order a burger, the buns are always stale or toasted too long. Today and employee was smoking a cigarette at eating area out front. I pulled up to order and my truck was filled with cigarette smoke. Nasty....
Recommendedthe only issue is the order taker needs more training. I came thru the other day and asked the other day for slush ice in my soda with the response of "we don't have slush ice" tonight same girl husband asked for extra thin milkshake with no toppings. response "Our milkshakes only come one way" Definitely more training or a different job.

Waited 20 minutes, never answered call and waited on customers arriving at least 10 minutes after I did. Terribly managed, so not recommend unless you have ample time to spare.
They charged my card for someone else’s order said it would take a couple days to return to my account and got my order wrong I don’t know why I even went there they always suck!!�
I have been eating here for some years now but the last two times I've been here was a big disappointment! Today I had to send my burger back 2 times because they didn't fix it right, the second time they had the nerves to just throw a piece of cold cheese on it like it was okay ,my fries were hard and very greasy ! I'm done with this place! I can't believe this �
