Second time in a row they botched my order. First time I was charged for the larger order of boneless wings and when I got home and realized I only got six I called to get a credit or for them to make it right. I was told I had to bring it back in to prove it! Today I ordered and wanted to sub fries for tots. I was told the meals don’t come with sides just tots. Completely messed up my order, kept having to repeat my order!! Will NEVER come here again!!! Then act like it was a bother to fix it!!

When we got home our corny dog were not in the sack we called a women answer the phone laid the phone down never came back. We were on hold for about 15 minutes so we got in our car and drove back there.That is very poor business putting the phone down and never coming back. And if you order a cherry coke it should have cherry juice and a real cherry in it. The services had been bad the last couple of times we have been there. Who ever takes the order is rude sometimes .
RecommendedWas there yesterday and yes we happened to pull in at 1230... so guess what there was a wait. And yes I had to press the intercom again to place my order. However was surprised with a very polite carhop who apologized and thanked us for our patience and stated we would be refunded the amount. Wow 😲 thank you! Patience pays off and politeness. the worse effing food everytime I go there...I try to give it another chance and I just wasted 20 dollars for the wrong food and waited 30 mins for it!! never again!
this sonic sucks! typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to get just drinks. it's ridiculous. the people are rude and slow.
Staff that brings food is nice and courteous the order take was not so much. its been a while since I came down to get food but its really not up to par. The best thing was the onion rings but I've had better. The food was horrible to say the least with that said this is the last time.. I've had food from Sonic in Texas and Arkansas that was not great either so I don't know why I would expect it to be good here.
