Kind of pointless to advertise on your shiny bulletin boards that you have a new Cheesy Steak burrito and then not even have steak. When I ordered one of your new burritos this morning, I was told "I'm sorry we are out of steak". How does that even happen? If you have a promotional item that you are advertising on the boards in each stall, wouldn't you make sure to order plenty of that item? BIG FAIL.

Apparently sonic in basehor doesn't like doimg their job. Show up at 10:45pm to order two ice cream cones. Not only am I ignored at the drive, i pull up to the sign, press the button.i watch the manager pull off her headset. So i pull up to the drive through window, and i am told by the young lady that they're closed. I asked what time they closed. They said 11. By this time it is still 1053. running a .99 cheese stick promo and took 30 minutes to get them, asked for marinara when i ordered them ... they finally bring them out and they are cold. not warm. cold. oh and they're out of marinara, but didn't bother telling me when i asked for it initially. going on 45 minutes of wasted time.
So it’s $.50 corn dog day. I order 7 for the family. All of them were raw dough on the inside. I tried calling them but got busy signal for 40 minutes. Called corporate and they said someone would get back to me within 24 hours...been over a week....nada! No one called.

Literally had the worst customer service I've ever had at this location. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
