This sonic is closest to my house and I will honestly Drive out of my way to go to another location this one is so bad... half of their speakers are out of order and they rarely ever get my order right... like today.. I ordered a bacon melt slinger and I got home and had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Employees are rude and it takes forever to get your food and then when you do get it, it’s cold or your ice cream has melted. After today I don’t think I will ever go back to this location.
This is my large order of onion rings. The bag size is appropriate, but the bag is maybe a third of the way full. I’ve been getting Onion Rings at Sonic for quite awhile, and I’ve never received this small of an order. Shameful. #sonic #getbetterhelp
This store ia consistently slow. Waited 90 minutes in the drive thru one night. Today we were looking at an hour when I decided to leave. Will not stop here again
RecommendedWe just visited there after a long day of moving, ate and went to leave. Our car battery died, The General Manager was nice enough to give us a jump. He went over and above! Thank you!
Marketh the car hop was fantastic as it took 3 tries for the kitchen to send out the correct order & even then it was partially wrong.
Need to learn how to make better iced coffee. Sent it back and it still came back just as nasty. Threw it out as soon as I got home. Should of got my money back.
Crappiest service I’ve ever gotten. It took one full hour to get three burgers done correctly with several failures. I would have loved a refund but got a free shake so, yay? Seriously, I’m not happy at all that this was my son’s birthday meal request and they screwed it up so badly. Never again
I’ve currently been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 ocean waters and a CroisSONIC sandwich. 2 cars here at the moment. Never coming back.
