Ok just left this place. Sat and wated 15 min or more after we hit the red button watched at least 10 cars go through drive through still was not asked what we would like. So we left this is the 3rd time in arow this has happened 3 difernt ones i will never stop at another one ever.
It’s a disaster. Jamie and Alexis are rude. The quality is poor, no customer service. We had asked for a manager after Alexis had an attitude about taking our order. Jamie chose to walk off and yell “keep talking” as we asked for a refund on our shakes.
My burger had a metal piece sticking out of it!!!
I went to order sonic blast for my kids and they "ran out" of ice cream then they added a coke to my order that i didn't order and when i tried to get them to take it off they acted like i was dumb and didn't understand what i was talking about. It took forever to get my orders even when I order online. This is the absolute worse sonic around I really hope basehor gets a new fast food place. Out of all the Sonics that closed down this place should of been number one. smh I will not return I'll go all the way to Edwardsville ... read more
