I sat at the drive through speaker 5 minutes without any communication from the employees. There were no cars in front of me at the drive through but multiple behind me. I pulled up a couple times thinking they hadn’t heard me pull in. Still, no one asked for my order. I thought the speaker may not be working so pulled to the window to place my order. Waited a hour in the stall after I placed a mobile order for 4 drinks and never got them and I paid for them i left I wasn’t waiting all day for some drinks 😡 terrible workers and manager who wouldn’t give me a refund that I paid for and never got my order 😡 I do not recommend there always this slow and lines are always out to the roads they need all new workers that know how to do there job !
Sad to say this is the second time we waited at the drive thru and asked to wait a minute. 15 minutes later still sitting at the order speaker with no help and a line of cars. Last week my son waited after an online order for 30 minutes at a speaker and left after he paid for the food because our grandkids were in the car. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. We won’t be back.
