Sonic drive-in is easily the worst restaurant in monroeville with an incompetent manager to go along with it. When someone pays for a meal the meal should be in the bag. Instead of refunding the credit to a card they want you to drive all the way back across town for their mediocre food that isn’t crap to begin with. On Sundays there’s limited options, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but there.

Sat at two different screens. First one they rang up food and said it was coming (on the screen) without ever talking to me! Both of them I sat there for about 8 minutes each. Then sat in drive thru for 5 minutes with no response. All while other vehicles pulled up, ordered and got their food!!

came tonight with a mobile order for 7:45 and its 8:03 and i still don't have my order! This will be my last visit! We have come here so many times and the last time they messed up my order and this time they are taking forever to bring me my order.
I am not one to normally complain, but this is the grossest thing I’ve ever had happen to me. My 6 yr old son asked me to take the lid off of his slush to finish it and we discovered that the whole bottom was covered in mold. I’m not sure if it was in the cup or came from the syrup, but I’ve never been so grossed out. The poor kid drank most of it and I’m praying he doesn’t get sick as he is highly allergic to mold.

I went through Sonic drive-thru in Monroe on Telegraph today and I ordered a number 12 boneless wings meal with a shake I upsize the shake they charged me double for two meals only got one when I called back to discuss this with the manager because obviously you can't go in and it was lined up around the building I called back in the lady that took my order got on the phone with very very rude it was me hung up on me repeatedly told me she ain't going to deal with me and she told me to call corporate but she neglected to giv... read more
