I ordered a Sonic Double Cheeseburger, only ketchup. They brought out the burger 1st with everything. Brought out another burger- single burger with ketchup. Sent it back. Brought out AGAIN. Single burger with ketchup. I FINALLY, after the 4th attempt, got a double cheeseburger with only ketchup.. Decided to try again two weeks later- terrible experience again.
placed order through app and waited over 25 minutes. Had to call in 4 times at the stall before being acknowledged. Multuple employees walked by and tried getting their attention one stoppedand said she couldn't help . Poor customer service and no effort to apologize for it.
I ordered in the app at 9:58, drive to Sonic to be told that I ordered after 10, and they close at 10 now, so they couldn’t fulfill our order. Now I have to wait days for them to refund my money, because they cancelled my order.
Ordered 2 large root beer floats, paid $10.23 and root beer was flat and maybe a 1/4 cup of ice cream per float.
I sat next to their building for over an hour after a pothole that did not have a cone in it blew out my tire on my car, my tires were brand new with less than a thousand miles on them after my roadside assistance shows up to help me only then to someone come out and ask me if everything's okay after ignoring several repeated phone calls.. then the manager just hands me a number for the owner and walks away and says sorry about that!
