well thats customer service for ya. i understand mistakes happen. but when i only order two drinks and only one has a flaver add in. im kinda surprised when i get home to discover it isnt there. so i drive back and explain the problem. and all i get is "ok, what size". then nothing. they finally come out and swap it out. no sorry about that, no have a nice day , no here a drink token for driving all the way back ( something other sonics do all the time). just swaps it out and leaves. pretty disappointing. edit- after taking ... read more

I put in an order online to make sure it was accurate because it was a large order and was over $70. We were missing items, food wasn’t prepared as ordered, drinks missing and incorrect. As you can see by the picture, I have attempts call several times with no success. Very disappointed!!

No carhop service. 30 in line at drive thru, Only to get to the window & hot fudge sundae was melted. That place is like a playground at night!!!

We are currently still sitting in stall #2. we ordered 4 milkshakes about 20 minutes ago. We reactivated the red button to order something else. It has been lit not responded to for 10 minutes. It's not even busy here. Worst Sonic ever. Wasting our tenth anniversary trip to the beach sitting in your parking lot.

Worst experience ever. Deer park Sonic is by far the worst service in Sonic history. The manager for the 8pm shift on July 9 2020 is so disrespectful and unprofessional. A nice young lady cane and took my card to pay inside because the carhop card reader wasn’t working. The manager then comes out to tell me that my card didn’t go through, but when I checked my bank account they charged me twice in which that equaled $50.
