My girl was a mess, after meeting with a wheelbarrow.....Not only did they do a great job on the *body work*, but she literally looks like she just came off of the show floor, and she is 8 years of age.....GREAT JOB!!!!

Bought a nice Cadillac from Crest. Their company did not properly file my paperwork for tag and registration out of state so I wasted a trip to retrieve. Month later, all paperwork finally complete, and I come for tags and registration and guess what, they misspelled my name. So, i have blow two days off and two trips back to Alabama because the finance department at Crest is laxed and clueless. Crest Cadillac in Nashville is a complete fucking joke. Lesson learned, always buy local.

I trust these guys 1,000 percent in every way!!! I purchased my Cadillac SRX from them, had it fixed at Crest Collision Center after my back quarter panel was hit (by a woman with no insurance....of course) and have had all maintenance (as well as the maintenance on all my family's cars) done in their service department. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and have never been overcharged for services rendered.
