RecommendedAfter several attempts to purchase a Cadillac locally, we decided to make the two hour drive to Nashville. Go see these folks. We made new friends as a bonus. This is our 4th Cadillac purchased at Crest. We will never use another dealership. They take Customer Service to the next level. We always feel taken care of here. They work hard to find the perfect vehicle for YOU. That’s what separates them from the competition....who is just trying to unload vehicles. We drive over an hour to Crest when we have dealerships 5 mins. from home. That is also how we feel about the amazing Service department. Trust is important and Crest has 100% of ours.
Great guys. Takes care of all problems
This dealership sale a bunch of lemons. I've had my car in the shop the whole 3 years I've had it. The service department will over charge prices, I've had to dispute the cost twice to get my money back. Once you buy the car, they car nothing else about you. I've had 3 other people purchase from there, 2 of their cars turned out to be lemons as well. Crest NEVER, offered to help us out. I had my car detail here it look really good but I didn’t check my whole car out just the inside went to put stuff in the back and there was a big chuck of paint missing! So dnt take your car there!
The sales team and other staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The sales rep Sean and GM Brandon Mosley are awesome. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
I don’t know where to start !! I’m so upset with crest , they have had my car almost a month in a half , my insurance sent them a check on the 14th of November. I went up there and talked to Stephine, Nate , and the GM James Jones , still no car !!!! I have payed more than $2000 in rental cars !! Only thing I’m getting from them is lies and excuses!!!!
