Waited 5 minutes for someone to answer drive up and no one did (every time I go it seems like it is broken no one ever answers it) so finally drove around to the carry-out door where no one would come out and find out what I needed even though I could see 4 employees inside just standing around. Pulled into a stall and order was finally taken. This place used to be good, the food and ice cream usually is good but deplorable customer service will cost this place alot of future business.
This is the 1st time I ate at Sonic and I loved it. Great food...great prices and fast service.
Love it, they could ring out the sauerkraut on the New York Dog, bun was soggy, and they need to add a tip on the screen when paying with card
I am giving 1 star, instead of none, because there has been effort to make my last 4 visits right. 4 visits in a row my meal has been wrong!!! Really?!?!?! How much more clear can I be than A PLAIN BURGER--KETCHUP ONLY! That does not mean cheese or anything else!! Each time it is wrong! It will be a long time before I go back for dinner!
normally service is good, but last night, it sucked, was slow to take our order in the drive thru and very slow to get food.
Always great!! Wish the Northside of Indy had one again!
Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Saw 3 people drive off without ordering. Get it together no one wants to wait this long I thought McDonald's was bad.
I think the Seymour Sonic is great, especially that Day Shift Carhop on skates. He just makes my day!!!!!! #HAHAHAHAHAHA
