45 Minutes to even get the food. Nobody in the Drive though but yet we had to keep pressing the red button. Burnt fries and high prices for the small portions. A medium is the same size portion as a kids meal anywhere else.

Ok just left this place. Sat and wated 15 min or more after we hit the red button watched at least 10 cars go through drive through still was not asked what we would like. So we left this is the 3rd time in arow this has happened 3 difernt ones i will never stop at another one ever.
Pulled in and hit the button today at around 3pm...sat 10 minutes and no response.... thought we might have been at a bad station.. backed out... tried another.... sat another 5 minutes of nothing then gave up and went somewhere else. Pathetic service and stations were well less than a third filled and drive through was steady but not insane... will not go back.
Cashier charged my card over the amount and manager was no help refunding my money
Really Scottsburg Sonic get your act together!!! Your employees should know which stall you’re ordering from or if you’re ordering from drive through!!!
Pulled in, pushed red button and sat there.. just waited, & waited & waited! They had no problem serving the 5 people in the drive thru even after dt was empty we still weren't acknowledged.
GREAT VARIETY OF GOOD FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM ,QUICK SERVICE . ALWAYS STOP THERE . .WISH THERE WAS ONE IN INDIANAPOLIS,MAYBE THAT'S A GOOD THING FOR MY WAIST.
