No level of compassion towards patients, no level of rapport Probably very experienced but would never take a child there again
Dr.Ruiz was rude, arrogant, and actually very short with the children. I never met a pediatrician that seemed to dislike children more. She asked me more personal questions than questions about the health of my kids. The staff seems afraid of her. I would never recommend her to any parents. There are even signs about touching things in the office. Shouldn't a pediatrician's office be child friendly. Do not go there. You will be very sorry.
Dr. Ruiz always takes the time necessary to address issues and concerns. She refers us to the best specialists and when calls them personally to arrange immediate appointments if they are not available at first. Dr. Ruiz also follows up on all the tests and referrals we have had. I couldn't imagine a better pediatrician, she has played a vital role with my children's healthy development.
After an hour or so with an appointment we finally got some of her time. We wish we wouldn't have. She was rude and not even nice to our little one. Don't waste your time with this Doctor. Oh yeah, we got about 10 minutes of her time and she billed us 270 dollars. No medicine or anything included in that. We decided never to go back as soon as we walked out.
