The receptionist was so rude to me that I left without being seen. Will not return. They said my insurance was inactive even though my insurer confirmed by phone while I was in the waiting room that it was active. They still made me sit there for half an hour without any information or apology. Got to watch the front office operate while I was in the waiting room and see how poorly it is run.
The best dermatologist hands down. We travel 5 hours every year just to see him. Many come from further. He's got great bedside manner, takes his time, and is very thorough. You need all of this plus his skill at minimal scaring when looking for a dermatologist. We've been to multiple doctors over the years and will never go anywhere else.
