I’ve been keeping coming here to treat a keloid. It’s great. Dr. Song is professional and hospitable. She is straightforward at the first meeting. But there’s no doubt she’s a good dermatologist.
Warning! The doctor was nice, but the pricing seemed a bit excessive. The Korean nurse who working with Dr.Cho is unprofessional! She didn’t answer when I asked questions, and I had to go back and forth without getting clear information, especially regarding lab prices or pills. She is really rude like an evil person, and every time I called the office, no one answered. I had no choice but to visit because I didn’t want to wait for a referral through my insurance. The worst doctor ever! Rudest receptionist and nurses.They are very mean and not respectful at all.You can just see an anger on there faces when you walk in. Dr.Cho is very rude and has temper to patients.Cannot ask any questions. She doesn’t listen to patients concerns at all. Never felt this unpleasant before in my life!!! Worst experience at a clinic that I’ve ever been to. Both of the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful in helping me get my biopsy for skin cancer covered by insurance. Wasted $20 to see this doctor for less than 3 minutes and they still demanded a deposit of $200 to reschedule. Absolutely trash operation!!! Do NOT waste your time here. I waited an HOUR before being barely seen with absolutely NO answers.
