The worst doctor ever! Rudest receptionist and nurses.They are very mean and not respectful at all.You can just see an anger on there faces when you walk in. Dr.Cho is very rude and has temper to patients.Cannot ask any questions. She doesn’t listen to patients concerns at all. Never felt this unpleasant before in my life!!! Worst experience at a clinic that I’ve ever been to. Both of the receptionists were extremely rude and unhelpful in helping me get my biopsy for skin cancer covered by insurance. Wasted $20 to see this doctor for less than 3 minutes and they still demanded a deposit of $200 to reschedule. Absolutely trash operation!!! Do NOT waste your time here. I waited an HOUR before being barely seen with absolutely NO answers.

I am so confused by all of the negative reviews. I had such a great experience here. The front deck team was super kind and efficient. The doctor was incredible. Great experience overall.
