Very kind and professional people-we have a cat and it was fun talking with others who had brought their family pets. lf you're a fellow pet owner l don't have to tell you the normal cost of bringing your pet on the trip so this hotel is a bargain in comparison! Muhammad and his crew were spot on-if there was any issue it was taken care of quickly. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient, being close to the freeway. I stayed for six days and felt safe throughout my entire stay. I traveled with my daughter, who was attending school for a week in a nearby town. I left early each morning around 4:50 a.m. to drop her off and returned in the evening to pick her up, and I always felt safe coming and going. The room itself was in pretty good condition, but the ac didn’t turn off and was very loud. The shower was also kind of cold even if it was turned all the way. The WiFi was also pretty bad since it broke off all the time. There was free breakfast though (not the best but free at least)
Sonesta is a great hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Great staff clean rooms.
