I don't think I'd be in the position I am today without Sarah's help. I rave about her to everyone I know and highly suggest her to pregnant or post partum moms. She's been wonderful at helping me through my terrible post partum anxiety but also at motherhood in general with a 3 year old as well as helping with the struggles that children bring to a marriage. The platform is just an algorithm with contracted clinicians. Besides the therapists there's no there there. I had a recent issue of getting the attention of an assigned therapist and Sondermind just ignores me. This is another unfortunate 21st c tech-bro joke. Im sure the founders made a lot of money screwwing around with people's mental health like it's a commodity. Do yourself a favor and get a real therapist.
