My daughter had an appointment there yesterday to get her hair done before her wedding. She wanted her hair french braided and was assured it could be done and she would have an 1 hour appointment. It turns out the "hair dresser" on duty, Shayne, could not french braid hair. One of her brides maids had to come into the shop and do her hair for her...and she was still charged FULL PRICE! Yesterday my step-daughter came in before her own wedding and received the worst treatment and services possible! Her own friend/ bridesmaid had to complete what should've been done easily by a professional hairdresser! What kind of operation are you running that hires people that can't do a French Braid and charges people full price when they don't receive what they asked for?
