Gil saves the day again! I have been coming here for years- great bike fits and customer service. This weekend we had a flat - 1 day out from #IMAC70.3 and he fixed it himself before the shop even opened so we could get on our way. Always a friendly crew- great prices and advice!

Stay away from Somerville Bike Shop!Had a flat tire last week. Shop replaced tire and tube. 5 days later go to use bike first time and flat tire. Bring bike back and apparently first technician didn't put rim tape and caused a flat. I was told it would be $6.00 to put in tape. You would think since I was inconvenienced they would just do it to make it right. Last time at Somerville Bike Shop. So after leaving one hour later the owner Gilbert said "take my business elsewhere"
After a horrible experience at another bicycle shop, I came to see Gilbert for a refit. I was at a point where I couldn't even ride my bike for 30 minutes without pain and chaffing. Gilbert took time and patience to re-fit me, explained a lot about bicycles in general and now I LOVE my bicycle again. I can't thank you enough for getting me back to good!
