Wanted to thank Gilbert and the team at Somerville Bicycle Shop. I brought a Trek Madone 9.0 from him. He helped personally with the fit and tuning. I also recently purchased a mountain bike from him for my 14 year old son. Both experiences were professional and courteous.I look forward to heading back there for my next bike purchase.

If only i can rate a negative 5 on service and attitude towards customers, they would have received that already.... today, i came and wanted to buy cable crimps but did not expect that they would sell them to me individually at 50 cents each... i needed over 20 to stock with so that wouldve cost me a lot!
